Future Faculty
What It Is
To increase faculty diversity, the Psychology Department participates in the Future Faculty Program, making faculty job offers to our participants each year.
The program aims to develop meaningful relationships with doctoral candidates and post-doctoral scholars that are traditionally underrepresented in their fields in the hopes of having them join our team.
Application Process
Potential applicants must be a graduate student or post-doctoral scholar within one year of potentially joining the team.
