The Department supports a student chapter of the Association of Black Psychologists, where Russell Jones serves as its faculty advisor.
Women of Color Faculty Conference
The Department of Psychology is a sponsor of the Women of Color Faculty Conference.
The Department is a regular sponsor of the annual Ebony Affair put on by the Black Graduate Student Organization. Each year 10 tickets to the event are purchased and distributed to students, faculty, and staff who want to attend.
